Exchanges
- We do provide exchanges for items withΒ WrongΒ andΒ defectiveΒ products.
- Our exchange policy lasts tillΒ 3Β days from the date of delivery.
- No request will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must beΒ unused ,Β in theΒ original conditionΒ andΒ must retainΒ tags and original packaging.
- We only offer exchanges forΒ Wrong/defectiveΒ issue.
Note : A complete parcel opening video is required for any claim of defects.
Returns
- We offer returns forΒ defectedΒ andΒ faulty items.
- ToΒ apply for a returnΒ you can mail us your order details and concern atΒ mailclozzi@gmail.comΒ .
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email aboutΒ theΒ approval or rejection of your refund.
Note : Sale items can not be Exchanged/Returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is accepted and approved , your refund will be processed, and the amount will beΒ credited on the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take upto 10 working days from the date of approval.
Note : Shipping cost for the return product will be refunded only in case of defects.

- If you havenβt received a refund within the mentioned duration , please check your bank account history.
- You may also contact your bank or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
